Legal and tax advisory services

The firm offers legal and tax advisory services to individuals and companies of all sizes and across all industries. 

The firm advises Belgian and international clients on all matters relating to:

• direct taxation (personal income tax, corporate income tax, legal entities tax and non-resident tax);
• indirect taxation (VAT, registration duties, inheritance tax);
• cross-border tax aspects;
• estate planning; and
• miscellaneous taxes. 

Tax litigation services

The firm assists clients in responding to information requests from the Belgian tax authorities and assists clients during tax audits. 

Upon tax rectifications, the firm assists clients in their administrative tax proceedings where the goal is to either challenge the tax rectification or find a reasonable settlement agreement with the tax authorities. 

If so required, the firm assists clients in their judicial tax proceedings before the Belgian tribunals and courts, including the Constitutional Court, when we believe that there are reasonable expectations that the case can be won.
