Lievin De Wulf BV is a private limited company (“Besloten vennootschap” in Dutch / “société à responsabilité limitée” in French) incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office and place of business established in 1150 Brussels, Clos d'Orléans 7, and is registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0477.269.494 (hereinafter: the Firm).
