In this context, Lievin De Wulf oversaw the editing of the Guide Towards a Single EU Market for Philanthropy (the “Guide”), published by the King Baudouin Foundation, and authored the Belgian chapter. The Guide answers a broad questionnaire on the main legal and tax regulations governing philanthropy in each EU Member State. It also outlines the tax advantages available to individuals and corporate taxpayers when making donations.
